What wonderful time for your message, I love you; but surely you know that. I am beginning my own practice called Heartwalk, to enable others to choose Healthy Lifestyles. A wellness profession that I have wanted to do since I got out of grad school in '87. I feel that I have always been operating like a divine cheerleader within the addiction field: "you could live" !!
Now spirit is presenting to me the opportunity to work with those seeking out their highest good rather than being court ordered to try to dance within my groups !! So as the English would say, Spot on you are dear mentor, Tally Ho !

Dear Kris,

I hesitate under most circumstances to use the word "inspirational", but your beautiful message is indeed that - Inspirational. Thank you for touching my heart. Your ability to reflect and to share openly with others is truly a gift, a gift aided by the qualities of your voice in sharing as you have done here. The message entered my being and stays with me now.

I lost two sisters and my mother to cancer. Through your message I am reminded of the dignity with which each accepted her fate, and the love I feel for them. Through your blog you helped awaken in me that we are each gifts in our world, and that these diverse gifts deserve our gratitude to the universe. Stories that combine courage and love reflected in your blog are powerful incentives we can each grow from.

Thanks too for the questions you ask at the end of the blog. They offer to me ways to move on, as I am certain they do for others. You are a special gift. Thank you.

Namaste' Kris
Thank you for sharing yourself with us, I was turning the pages as you spoke. I was reminded of the words of Deepak Chopra which are “Only intimacy with the Self will bring about true healing” how true his words and yours are.

Hi Kris,
Listened to your pod-cast today and it is great to hear you ,so full of peace and wisdom. I know how it feels because I too sometimes have this feeling of total bliss. You on the other hand live it daily and share/spread the message.
Keep it up!!!!,Love ,Ted

Hi Kris,
You got me with the line "what if your real job is to have a great life." - several years ago I had a (eally) near death experience and ame out unharmed and healthy and alive - and when people kept saying "you are here for a reason" what I came up with was "maybe my reason is to enjoy life and just be happy to be here." and I do have and have had and am having - a great life.
Thanks for the work you do. You guys can wake us up, but it is then up to us to be awake and create our own version of our great life.
